Akwa Ibom Goal Machine Aniekpeno Udoh Signs for Champions League Team

Champions Kups of Finland sign Aniekpeno Udoh

The former Akwa United, Viking FC goal machine Aniekpeno Udoh, has joined Kups FC from Swedish side Ljungskile on a free transfer.

Aniekpeno Udoh signs until 2021 with the Finish side that will be playing in the UEFA Champions League 2020/2021 season.

Last season was the most fruitful season for Nigerian Striker who played 27 league games and scored 18 goals for Ljungskile in the Swedish Ettan.

Kuopion Palloseura are Champions of 2019 Finland Veikkausliiga and will be hoping Aniekpeno Udoh will light up Kuopio football Stadium as they mount a title defence.

Aniekpeno has already made a big impression in Finnish football after scoring a hattrick in Kups friendly game against Russian side Zenit St Petersburg.

Jani Honkavaara side will be counting on their new Nigerian goal machine tomorrow when the face FC Haka in Suomen Cup.

Kups also have another Nigerian player on their books, Usman Sale, who also played alongside Aniekpeno in Norwegian side Vikings FC.
