Chelsea's Morata Clears Hazard's Doubt
The Spanish striker Alvaro Morata, who tops Chelsea’s attack, previously had a challenge from his teammate Eden Hazard. The Chelsea driver, Eden Hazard put Morata into a cartoon in the training session a few weeks ago saying Morata cannot score with his legs.
Although it was a laughable matter, Chelsea's current point man Morata, took it seriously and worked towards improving his footwork.
“It was a challenge to me; Eden didn’t know he challenged me with those words to work hard. Premier League is a tough league to play in, to survive, you need to be strong,” said Morata.
“I am so glad to score my first premier league hat-trick. Playing alongside Azpilicueta, Fabregas, Hazard, Pedro, and the rest of the boys gives me joy and courage.” He added.
Morata has shown Hazard and the rest of the people how deadly he is with his leg, let alone his head. Chelsea disgraced Stoke city with great goals coming from Morata (3) and Pedro (1).
The introduction of Fabregas and Hazard in the second half added more creativity to the game, rendering Stoke city powerless.
Marcos Alonso escaped a red card as he was so aggressive after an encounter with Stoke City Diouf. Chelsea Manager did well to withdraw him to rest for future use, especially against Manchester City next weekend.
